John and Le Anne Baker have been married for 42 years and have devoted more than two decades to pastoral ministry. Their ministry journey has taken them through New Hampshire, Kentucky, and Tennessee. Today, the Lord has called them to serve in the beautiful Pacific Northwest here in Port Orchard, Washington.

Ministry Together

Together, John and Le Anne are experienced seminar presenters who have trained audiences on practical, relationship-centered topics such as marriage reconciliation, conflict coaching, creative ministries, and praying for your spouse or partner. Their presentations draw on professional experience and a shared commitment to strengthening individuals, marriages, and communities.

Meet Pastor John

John brings a diverse professional background to ministry. He has authored a book about finding God’s faithfulness and sense of humor in life’s struggles, and his experience includes radio broadcasting, long-term care administration, food service, public relations, and hospital chaplaincy. He was twice elected president of the Kentucky Dietary Managers Association.

John completed his first three years of college at Southwestern Adventist University and graduated cum laude from Johnson State College in Vermont.

Meet Le Anne

Le Anne is a summa cum laude graduate of Morehead State University in Kentucky. She has faithfully served alongside John throughout their years of ministry, bringing warmth, insight, and dedication to their shared work.

In their marriage and ministry, John and Le Anne remain committed to helping others build stronger relationships, resolve conflict, navigate life’s challenges, and grow in faith.
